The Hope HSCT Offers MS Patients

So, Matt and I are constantly on the look out for videos and articles that show the realities of HSCT treatment for MS as it looks today.

However, then there are videos like this 60 Minutes Australia episode on Dr. Fedorenko's HSCT treatment in Moscow. It shows both the ups and the downs of the treatment, while emphasizing the hope the treatment offers.

It is because of the hope that HSCT offers as a first-line treatment for MS that we are trying to raise the money to send Matt to Russia as well. I cannot imagine a more amazing thing than to be able to live without fear of when the next relapse of Matt's MS will appear. Even more awesome would be to see a reversal of some of Matt's symptoms, particularly the terrible fatigue that makes every day living a struggle for him.
